Key features of

Tellius 5.6

Native query intelligence

Complex queries perform like simple lookups

  • Get post-aggregation filtering applied via HAVING—computed inside your warehouse for speed and scale.
  • If you ask “Bottom/Top 10 products per region”, get precise per-group ranking across Search, Kaiya, and Vizpads.
  • Pushdown execution keeps complex calculations and data operations in-database, delivering fast query performance even on large datasets.

Hierarchies that calculate themselves; conditional logic that thinks ahead

  • Build nested multi-level hierarchical pivots with pinned/autosized columns, grand totals, and automatic rollups at every level—rows and columns.
  • Define conditional formatting that evaluates within any hierarchy level, compares against another metric, or checks performance across periods (YoY, MoM, WoW) directly in the table.
  • Apply moving % and absolute change for rolling windows (e.g., 13-week, YoY by week/month). Smart fallback logic substitutes data gaps with prior windows.

Data boundaries that enforce themselves

Data governance that reads the room and respects the rules

  • Shared Feed alerts now respect RLP. Share sales drop alerts with mixed user groups and Brand X managers receive only Brand X notifications.
  • Map measures to corresponding date fields (“Registrations” to  “Signup_date” etc.) at Business View level. “Last month of calls” filters correctly to call_date and not order_date.
  • Sync user groups from LDAP (alongside Azure AD) and write curated datasets back to Oracle on schedule.
